In any case, you receive an introduction and are not left on your own. Small changes like text adjustments are often included in the ongoing support.

My IT support service includes technical maintenance, security updates, backups, and support for questions or issues. This way, your website is always up to date and you have a dedicated contact person.
No problem! I analyze your existing website and honestly advise you whether a redesign is sufficient or a complete relaunch makes more sense. Often, existing content can be transferred and incorporated into a modern, faster design. A step-by-step modernization is also possible.
Absolutely! My base is in Bad Harzburg, but I work seamlessly with clients from the entire Harz region and throughout Germany. All coordination can be done via phone, email, or video call. On-site service: In Bad Harzburg (up to 5 km) there are no travel charges. For the surrounding area / Harz region (5–25 km) I charge a flat travel fee of 10 €. Beyond that, everything is handled digitally via remote support – also with no travel charges.
