Cancellation Policy

§ 1 Right of Withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason.

The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the day of the conclusion of the contract.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform me (Hellion Online Media - Florian Wathling, Ilsenburger Straße 97, 38667 Bad Harzburg, email: [email protected]) of your decision to withdraw from this contract by means of a clear statement (e.g. a letter sent by post or an email). You may use the attached model withdrawal form for this purpose, but it is not mandatory.

To comply with the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send the notification of the exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period expires.

§ 2 Consequences of Withdrawal

If you withdraw from this contract, I shall reimburse all payments I have received from you without undue delay and no later than fourteen days from the day on which I received notification of your withdrawal from this contract.

I will use the same means of payment that you used for the original transaction for this refund, unless expressly agreed otherwise with you. In no case will you be charged any fees for this refund.

§ 3 Special Note for Services

If you have requested that services begin during the withdrawal period, you shall pay me a reasonable amount corresponding to the proportion of services already provided up to the point at which you notify me of the exercise of the right of withdrawal, compared to the total scope of services provided for in the contract.

§ 4 Expiry of the Right of Withdrawal

The right of withdrawal expires in the case of a contract for the provision of services if I have fully performed the service and only began performing the service after you gave your express consent and at the same time confirmed your acknowledgment that you will lose your right of withdrawal once the contract has been fully performed.
